Step to file service tax return online
First step is to login to your service tax account, Click here on Aces.gov.in to login to your account
After that CBES Application login access a screen as shown below in the picture containing user name & password is displayed. In this enter your user name & password.

Second step After this You have to click on RET >> FILL ST 3>>FILL ST 3(From Oct-March 2013 onwards) as shown in screen shot.

Third step After that a screen showing the premises code & Address of the premises is displayed as shown below. Click on the blue coloured premises code.
Fourth Step After that the FORM ST 3 will be displayed. Fill the form ST-3. The ST-3 form is divided into various sheets. First fill the first sheets then click on NEXT button displayed on the lower side of page. Then repeat the process until you come to last sheet of form ST-3.
Fifth step At the last sheet you have to click on preview button to see the preview of form ST-3.
Sixth step If some details are missed than you can modify the form but if all the details are ok then you can click on submit button at the end of page.

Seventh step After click on Submit option, an acknowledgement of service tax return will be displayed. Save the same for future reference.In this screen you can view the filled form ST-3.
